Modules 1-9 will introduce you to the real estate industry with terms and concepts. This will also include forms of ownership, laws of contract, listing and purchase agreements and agency relationships. Module 10 is your first test. The test is 100 questions and you have three hours to complete.

Section 2 will cover modules 11-19. These modules include leases, property management and legal descriptions. The process for closing a real estate transaction and the closing statement are modules 13 and 14. Indiana License Law is a major section in the section. Test 2 is module 20 with 100 questions.

Section 3- Modules 21-30 include business relationships, trust accounts, financing and the last exam. The final exam is worth 100 points.
